 Do you ship outside of Canada?

At the moment, we only ship within Canada, excluding Yukon and the Northwest Territories.

 Where's my order?

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, we’ll provide you with a tracking number along with the courier company details. The tracking link will include the expected delivery date and time for your convenience.

Can I place a large order?

Yes, we offer wholesale purchasing and pricing! Simply email us at info@plantwellinc.com with your request. Please note that full payment is required at the time of placing the order.

When will my product ship?

Orders placed before 1 PM EST (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday.
