We are located at 721 Main Street East, Milton Ontario, L9T 3Z3, Canada.
Can I order online and pick up my order in store?
Yes. Order pick ups are available in store and will help you save on shipping fees! Place an order online and select “PICKUP” at checkout. Please include your phone number on the checkout contact form. Once we receive your order, an email will be sent stating that your order is ready for pick up (normally within 1-2 hours during normal store hours). If you require your items as soon as possible, please call the store at 289-878-5444 after your online order has been placed to make arrangements. Pickup is available:
● Monday - Friday 10AM-6PM
● Saturday 10AM-4PM
What is your Return Policy?
Plantwell offers a 30 day return policy with exceptions. You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return the product. To be eligible for a refund, you will need to provide your receipt and your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, with tags, and in it’s original packaging). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions upon inspection.
Please note that we do not allow refunds on any nutrients or liquids that have been opened.
Items that were purchased online and that need to be shipped back to us for a refund will be shipped to us at the buyer’s expense. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the refund process.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Plantwell ships all over Canada from Milton, Ontario. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details along with the associated tracking number.
Plantwell delivers packages through these carriers : FedEx, Purolator and UPS.
Most shipping carriers do not ship to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box for your shipping address, we will contact you to provide an alternative delivery address.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
All orders over CAN $99 will qualify for FREE Shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel & refund any package where we cannot economically ship an item. If this happens you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue. We can ship to most parts of Canada with the exception of very rural areas. At this current time, we are not shipping to Yukon or the Northwest Territories.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Currently, we are only shipping within Canada (EXCLUDING Yukon and the Northwest Territories).
