Where are you located?
We are located at 721 Main Street East, Milton Ontario, L9T 3Z3, Canada.
Can I order online and pick up my order in store?
Yes. Order pick ups are available in store and will help you save on shipping fees! Place an order online and select “PICKUP” at checkout. Please include your phone number on the checkout contact form. Once we receive your order, an email will be sent stating that your order is ready for pick up (normally within 1-2 hours during normal store hours). If you require your items as soon as possible, please call the store at 289-878-5444 after your online order has been placed to make arrangements. Pickup is available:
● Monday - Friday 10AM-6PM
● Saturday 10AM-4PM
What is your Return Policy?
Plantwell offers a 30 day return policy with exceptions. You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return the product. To be eligible for a refund, you will need to provide your receipt and your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, with tags, and in it’s original packaging). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions upon inspection.
Please note that we do not allow refunds on any nutrients or liquids that have been opened.
Items that were purchased online and that need to be shipped back to us for a refund will be shipped to us at the buyer’s expense. Please contact us at to start the refund process.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Plantwell ships all over Canada from Milton, Ontario. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details along with the associated tracking number.
Plantwell delivers packages through these carriers : FedEx, Purolator and UPS.
Most shipping carriers do not ship to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box for your shipping address, we will contact you to provide an alternative delivery address.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
All orders over CAN $125 will qualify for FREE Shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel & refund any package where we cannot economically ship an item. If this happens you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue. We can ship to most parts of Canada with the exception of very rural areas. At this current time, we are not shipping to Yukon or the Northwest Territories.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Currently, we are only shipping within Canada (EXCLUDING Yukon and the Northwest Territories).
When will my product ship?
Typically, orders placed before 1 PM EST (Monday - Friday excluding holidays) will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will ship out the following business day. Our shipping department operates Monday to Friday.
Where's my order?
All of our orders come with a tracking number. The tracking number will be emailed to you on your receipt. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery day/time.
How long will my online order take to arrive?
Typically, orders are shipped within 24 hours (often same day) Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Milton, Ontario, Canada. We use major courier companies such as FedEx, Purolator, and UPS. An estimated delivery time frame will be provided once your shipping address is entered at checkout.
Do you accept E-Transfer payments?
Yes, we do accept E-transfer payments. After choosing this option you can log into your online banking and email money transfer (EMT) the funds. Send the email funds to: Please set the security question to: 'What is my order number?' You must set the password as your order number.
Is it possible to order in big quantities?
Yes. We do offer wholesale purchasing and pricing. Please email us at with your request. Please note that we would require the full amount to be paid when placing an order.
