What is your return policy?
Plantwell offers a 30 day return policy with exceptions. You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return the product. To be eligible for a refund, you will need to provide your receipt and your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, with tags, and in it’s original packaging). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions upon inspection.

Items that were purchased online and that need to be shipped back to us for a refund will be shipped to us at the buyer’s expense. Please contact us at info@plantwellinc.com to start the refund process.

Are there some products I can’t return?
We do not allow refunds on any nutrients or liquids that have been opened.
