Shipping Policy
Plantwell ships across Canada from our Milton, Ontario store. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Tracking information may take 1β3 business days to update after your order has shipped.
Free standard shipping on eligible orders $150+ in Canada's provinces. Conditions apply.
The $150 threshold is measured on your merchandise total after discounts and before taxes. An order of exactly $150 qualifies.
Dispatch: Orders placed before 1 PM EST (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday.
Carriers: Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, UPS, and Canpar.
Where we ship: Canada's ten provinces. We do not currently ship to Yukon, the Northwest Territories, or Nunavut, and we cannot economically ship to some very rural areas. If we can't ship your order, we'll cancel and refund it in full and let you know.
Bulky items: Some bulky items, such as soil, may not be eligible for free standard shipping or may require special handling. If that applies to your order, we'll contact you.
PO boxes: Most carriers don't deliver to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box address, we may need to contact you for an alternative delivery address.
Orders under $150 are charged carrier-calculated shipping at checkout.
